The Pace of Change

As technologies pace pushes the Reprographics industry to its limits, complexity stretches our core competencies, communication channels intertwine, quality flaws lie exposed and customer service is tested.

In the past, the speed of change was much slower with fewer consequences. Today, its wrath is rapid and unforgiving. Ironically, our construction customers are experiencing a similar dilemma. The quest is to become “the source” for answers in a world of questions. The spoils go to those who unite the construction industry with a web-based solution that maximizes work flow, harmonizes relationships, provides relevant information, eliminates waste and increases profits.

Yesterday, we worried about other reprographers, today outside industries attack our treasured revenue streams. Many even use the “eliminate the printer” mantra as an enticement to capture our customers. The good news is; none of these outside forces can compete with our capabilities. None have strength of relationships, vast distribution channels, and expertise in the construction process. But, this will change if we don’t act now.
